A group of Catholic nuns has kicked off a nine-state bus tour to protest cuts to the social safety net that were included in the House Republican budget. The nuns will be visiting the offices of ten Republican lawmakers.
Yesterday, they stopped at the office of Rep. Steve King (R-IA). Here photos of the event from the Des Moines Register.
